Much like Bagorough Brie, Morn Dew is made using Guernsey milk which gives the artisan cheese a golden colouring and a delicately sweet, creamy flavour. Morn Dew is a washed rind pasteurised cheese – this results in a fruitier taste; a slightly red, soft and sticky rind; a distinctive smell; and a soft, spongy texture.
